Where do you source your Leather?
At Mon Purse we only use the finest quality luxury European leather. All leather is sourced from Europe. European leather craftsmen boast a heritage stretching back one thousand years, with generation after generation perfecting the art of fine leather workmanship.
The European leather processing industry utilises an environmentally friendly and modern production infrastructure in accordance with high quality European standards. This unbeatable tradition and second to none expertise is why all Mon Purse creations are handcrafted in Europe.

How do I order my designed Handbags or Leather Goods?
With more than 6 billion design combinations, your bag will be unique. Once you’ve finished designing your bag, you’ll be able to pay and provide delivery details. Your very own, one of a kind handbag or leather good delivered worldwide for FREE within 4 weeks.
Do I have to design a Handbag or Leather Good or can I purchase a pre-designed one?
Absolutely, you can purchase one of our design inspirations. Please visit our collections page to check out all of our pre-designed handbags and leather goods. You can choose to purchase your handbags and leather goods as you see it, alter it slightly or create your own; it’s up to you!
How do I pay for my order?
Mon Purse accepts credit card payment by MasterCard, Visa or Amex, PayPal or AfterPay.
AfterPay allows you to buy what you want, and pay for over time with 4 easy interest-free payments. You can set up an account here, or as you go through our checkout.
All Payments are protected by an SSL encryption to ensure your details remain safe at all times.
Does Mon Purse offer any group booking discounts?
Great news, the answer is yes! If you would like to make a Group Booking, send our Style team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to arrange the booking. Our stylists would love to visit you, show you the leather samples and help you design your bespoke handbags and leather goods. By way of saying thank you we will give $20 store credit to the person who organises and attends the group booking with a minimum of 10 people.
Are there any taxes or customs duties that i need to pay?
Currently, orders within Australia are not subject to any customs duty, providing the total order value is less than $1000. Any additional taxes or international customs duties are payable and the responsibility of the customer.
Can i buy a gift voucher?
Absolutely, simply click on our Gift Certificate form.

Can I arrange a corporate booking for my office?
We would love to come to your office and welcome Corporate Bookings. To make a booking just send our Style team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to arrange the booking.
Our stylists would love to visit you, show you the leather samples and help you design your bespoke Handbag or Leather Good.
